1. Description of Service

Schedulo is a social media management platform that allows users to schedule posts and uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate text and image content. We provide various subscription plans with different limits on usage.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3. AI Content & Usage

Our Service integrates with third-party AI providers (e.g., Replicate) to generate content.

• Ownership: Subject to the terms of our AI providers, you own the inputs you provide and the outputs generated by the Service to the extent permitted by law.
• No Guarantee: AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, or quality of generated content.
• Prohibited Content: You may not use the AI features to generate hate speech, explicit content, or content that violates intellectual property rights.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer paid subscription plans (Basic, Standard) and Pay-As-You-Go options.

• Payments are processed securely via our merchant of record.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled at our discretion and in accordance with our payment processor's policies.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice to you.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass free trial restrictions or plan limits.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
